This project creates an animated skull for use in a Grim Reaper. As people came up to the house, the Reaper (with altered voice) turned his head and welcomed them. This will freak a few people out! The kids will love it as they will come up, look at it, talk to it - and the Grim Reaper will talk back to them thru a speaker under the Reaper’s robes.
